Testing, Testing
We perform thorough pre-testing of each RAID array
we ship, which can take up to 2-3 days depending on the size and
number of drives. If your scheduling demands a less extensive
testing interval, just advise your Media Integration

Support Packages
Service agreements for 24-hour Helpdesk and next-business-day parts replacement are available for many products that have at least a year of warranty coverage remaining.
Please inform your representative if you wish service included as part of your purchase.
Warranty Upgrades
2 year upgrades extending the standard 3year manufacturer’s warranty to 5 years is now available on selected current models. Please contact us for eligibility if interested in this option.
Firmware
We ship all products with the latest supported firmware release. Over time, the firmware for your Infortrend disk array may be revised. Please check with your sales representative at Media if you think there is a newer firmware version available, as some files posted to the Infortrend support site may be pre-released, or not yet released to manufacturing. We would be glad to check the status of a firmware release for you.
